The initial website design includes the following services:

·         securing a domain name if necessary

·         securing a compatible website hosting plan with a third party provider if necessary

·         designing and publishing your website.

Website Maintenance

Current information is critical to maintaining the usefulness of a website.  We offer two alternatives to help you keep your website updated.

Alternative One – Monthly Maintenance Agreement

Our monthly maintenance agreement includes the following services:

·         content changes such as posting current events, changing contact information, and publishing a newsletter

·         website administrative tasks that might be encountered such as changing hosting plans or configuring e-mail accounts.

A fixed monthly fee is charged for the maintenance agreement.  Several plans are available offering different levels of service at various rates.  Additional monthly services are available on an as needed basis for additional fees.  We will work with you to develop the monthly maintenance plan that best meets your needs.

 Alternative Two – Ad Hoc Maintenance

If you feel that your website doesn't need regular monthly maintenance and the monthly maintenance agreement is not a good option for your organization, we will still be available to provide content update and administrative services at our standard web design rate.
